when I Export my recording to mp3 or wav file I can play it on windows where I exported it.
But if I copy it to my phone samsung Zfold it plays back a lot slower for some reason the speed has changed. I have had this experience using cubase on different versions of windows . Also the Project Speed is 44.1 and export speed is the same 44.1
Basically i dont change anything. Whats causing this ?

Does the player on the Samsung device support 44.1kHz Sample Rate? What kind of player do you use? Isn’t there any other application running in the background, which forces different but 44.1kHz Sample Rate of the Audio Device?
