Export to VST Live from Cubase 15 ! crashes! 𖡎 culprit: vstliveio.dll

Crash repro rate: 40%
When: Attempting to export from Cubase 15 > VST Live using the export dialog. Occurs with various seemingly random projects inside Cubase.
How:

  • Open single song project in Cubase
  • FILE > VST LIVE > EXPORT PROJECT
  • Select all tracks
  • Attempt to unselect one of the upper tracks (group folder of SOURCES, unselects several tracks that are already in that folder)

I just want to confirm that I’ve been noticing this behavior for a long time, even back in Cubase 14.
This crash occurs in about 50% of attempts.
In any case, be sure to click “Save” again right before exporting the VST!
