I use naming scheme a lot,
It’s sort of a hassle always opening and closing it, not being able to how it is currently set, etc.
Personally, I’d much prefer it being a pop-out panel on the right side, which I would probably just always leave open.
Also, the naming options should be in plain view as well as the quick-path options.
The name and path bars should be longer.
All of these should/could be GUI expanders instead of hidden menus. Personally, I have enough screen real-estate to leave all of these open, and I would.
There’s just too many thing that affect the name that are hidden, and to make matters more confusing - these settings change depending on whether you’re doing a multi-track export, single channel export, cycle marker export, etc….
This results in accidental namings being exported, especially if you can’t see the full name preview or you’re tired at 4am and trying to finish up quick, switch to a different export type and you forgot it switches the naming convention.
If you want to add something fancy, have a new option to choose multiple paths (working project, clients thumb-drive, archive/backup, Cloud Folder)
Secondly and unrelated, I wish there was Cycle Marker in naming scheme implementation had the ability to export as 0001, 0002, 0003 (Like the ‘Counter’ does) instead of 1, 2, 3…
Reason being, MediaBay organizes numbers like this:

and unfortunately, the ‘Counter’ doesn’t reset by channel or cycle marker
