Hi,

This means, this is already known and reported issue. You cannot fix it on your side. Cubase developers have to fix this bug. Either they fixed it in Cubase 11 or maybe Cubase 12, or not, I don’t know this, sorry. In any case, Cubase 10.5 is not in development anymore, so this is not going to be fixed in Cubase 10.5.

thank you for your help but i have watched it done on you tube with 10.5, it has to be a setting of some kind i havent seen, thanks anyway.

Could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?

Hi,

You could also try to delete all older Cubase preferences folder (plus Cubase 10.5 preferences folder).

Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Cubase X
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Cubase X_64

You can also try to uninstall Cubase and install it again (make sure, you install it as administrator).
