EXPORT VIDEO options takes a long time to open!

Hi ! Export video options takes a long time to open!
Try whit cubase 10.5 and all updates, included 10.5.20, and Nothing.
OSX MAc OS sierra 10.12.6

Hi,

I’m sorry, macOS 10.12 is not supported with Cubase 10.5. Only macOS 10.14 and 10.15 are officially supported. Might be the reason.

Hello Martin! thanks for answering.
It does not necessarily have to malfunction. In fact, it worked perfectly for two weeks, and then it didn’t. without having made any changes in the system, that seems very strange to me.
