Exported Midi Imports at slightly wrong tempo

Hey,
Worked with MIDI for decades, never experienced this.
BFD3 comes into C10 from a bunch of individual drum outs.
In Cubase I Export all 9 of those Instrument Out tracks at once.
All settings good. Sample rates match.
Song tempo is 120bpm, but Exported tracks show up in the Pool as 120.70 and some are 120.71.

What do you think might be the problem?

Well, the first attempt had files that were clearly out-pacing the rest of the song.
Since then, for no reason I can tell, they are not subtly speeding…however…they claim to be 120.52bpm in a 120 song.
Go figure.
Any of you guru’s got any ideas, I’m all ears.
