I am working on a project with many custom instruments, and am working across two computers. What’s the best way to export/import new custom instruments? I couldn’t find reference in the docs (linked below), so any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

You don’t need to. If you create a new/custom instrument in Library>Instruments you click the Save as Default star (at bottom left) and it is available to all projects.
@jacksorjacksor wanted to use the custom instrument on a different computer.
So, after starring the instrument so it’s available on all projects, you could save a project including that instrument, open it on the second computer, and click the star there.
