Hi all. I have previously had no problems exporting xml files to Sibelius and now - nada. I have tried with several files, and have updated both apps. I use Sibelius solely for its ability to create a video very easily, so I would love to have the ability to do this again.

What do you mean by “nada”? Is Dorico not exporting a file? Does Sibelius not see the file? Does Sibelius refuse to open the file?
Please share some more details about what you’re doing and what isn’t working.
Sorry, I should have been more clear. Actually the Dynamics export, but only about eight bars of them. Nothing else exports at all. Just some blank bars. I’m trying to import about 24 bars of a sample piece. I have tried it with several pieces to no avail. I’ve tried both compressed and uncompressed XML files.
Nothing exports? Have you opened up the XML file to see what’s in there? Or is it just that nothing is imported into Sibelius?
Can you upload your Dorico project file and the exported XML so someone can take a look?
Looking at the xml was the clue. I am not a techie, so did not occur to me. Thanks. I am/was using a template I created for several files that must have a problem - once I went back to the default part/score template, eveything was fine. linda
