I’m having an impossible time exporting a default score page template set then importing it to another project. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?
What kinds of problems are you having?
Do the project that you exported from and the one you exported into use the same page size? My first thought is that they do not, and the anchors on the frames are set in a way that makes them adjust to the new page size in a less than pleasing fashion.
Would it be possible for you to upload your source and destination projects? I think you can delete all of the music; this is just so that others can take a look at the specifics and try exporting/importing.
It’s a little hard to tell, but I don’t think I’m seeing the same differences in the score layout when I export and import the page template set. Certainly I’m not seeing the differences in frame sizes. (I’ve just been looking at the score layout.)
The box around the instrumentation was added in Source directly to the page, as an override, so it’s not part of the template. And I think there is a known issue that images don’t get saved correctly in exported page templates.
Someone else may have a more comprehensive analysis.
