Exporting Project to Protools

Hi, I want to export a project with all the audio files and send them to a friend running Protools. Will the individual audio files be time stamped for sync in Protools? Should i export this as OMF ver.2?

I forgot to mention, I’m running Cubase 4

If you choose broadcast wave files, and if Protools can read them - yes
