Hello,
How do i export the track to SoundCloud only.
I keep ending up with a WAV File on my hard drive, which i don’t need.

This is post-process, so this process is made after exporting the file. In fact, the Cubase create the file, and then upload it on the SoundCloud.
But you can export smaller projects, like MP3, or FLAC.
As Martin said, you may not need that file, but Soundcloud does so Cubase has to create one anyway.
I doubt Windows lets you do this, but you can try setting the export location to the recycle bin
