how to permanently import my expression-map on dorico & not at each project ?

The best way to do this is to create a playback template that uses this expression map, and set that to be the default playback template in Preferences; Dorico will then add that expression map as needed when starting a new project.
If you don’t want to do that for some reason, you can export the expression map(s) you want to be present in each new project and save the .doricolib file in a folder called DefaultLibraryAdditions in your user-level Dorico 4 application data folder.

An other little question :
is it possible to move the order of the console channels for matching with my favorite organisation ?
You mean re-order the channels in the Mixer? It’s not possible at the moment, no, but it’s something we plan to implement in future.
