Yes, this issue is already known. It happens when you use remote keys to trigger articulations (or program changes), it breaks its ability to follow along with the articulations on playback. If you remove the expression map and re-add it to the track it will suddenly start playing back again just fine until you use a remote key or program change again.
I hope it get fixed soon, expression map is the biggest reason when switched to Cubase 15 years ago.
