Expression Maps causing crashes in C10

I recently purchased the (excellent and meticulously put together) Expression maps from Babylonwaves

Several of them are causing Cubase to crash (I’ve tested this in old and new projects, in my template and in blank ones).

Is there any way to get any tech support on this? I know Expression Maps causing Cubase to crash has been known.

Also one of the crashing Expression Map might help (to be able to reproduce it, if necessary).
