Expression maps for Berlin Series on SINE - WIP

Hi andhy, vst3 supports import/export of expression maps.
This means that you only need to open a vst and press import in Cubase and it will import the expression maps automatically.
It is like magic. No need to create the map yourself. For a library like Berlin Orchestra this would be a huge time saver, as there are so many expressions.

Unfortunately it only works for some plugins.

@dspreadbury Is there a reason this isn’t linked to in the thread Expression Maps for Dorico 3.5+ ? I’m thinking maybe these were omitted by accident.
