It’s nice to see that selections from Write mode follow on into Play Mode - but it would be nice it it was possible to zoom out to the end of the Flow in the Key Editor… or to have tools like Edit>Select to End of Flow work in the Key Editor…

If you show the Key Editor in Write mode and trigger Select to End of Flow from there, it will work as you expect.

Ah ! The reason I asked was I was deep in CC and velocity land in Play.
I noticed there’s a Zoom limit in the editor as well… I’d be hoping to zoom out to end of flow, like other DAWs…? Also, I struggled making selections in the velocity editor, or finding the right spot to click on a velocity bar that didn’t cancel a selection. The transform tool is very cool, but… it would be awesome to be able to operate on a whole flow at once.
You can’t zoom out to the whole flow, I’m afraid: as you’ve found, there’s a minimum zoom level. But you can select everything to the end of the flow. You don’t need to make that selection in the Key Editor, because the selection in the music and in the Key Editor is linked.

It is very quick to switch modes, so no matter ! I’m working on blending my Notation and DAW brains into a Dorico brain! Thanks much! And thanks for lurking and awesome support. The community is an incredible resource. The last support question I had for Finale took 3 weeks for an incorrect reply! No wonder they gave up !
