I have 1 measure that I have used 2 voices and both voices end in the next measure with the same pitch whole note. How do I get the slur in voice 2 to extend to the whole note in the next meausre that is in voice 1?
Click the first note and cmd/ctrl-click the last note, then press “S”.

Another way would be to select both measures, use Filter to select all of the voice 2 notes, then press “S”. That assumes that voice 2 actually has a whole note in the second measure but has been “hidden” using the “Voice column index” property.
Wow. I have not explored the filtering yet.
