External Effects appear to be working - that is I can ping the external hardware and receive a proper value; I can see the meters moving both in the mix console and on the hardware device itself. However, there’s no return sound making its way into Cubase.
Same setup in Reaper works fine - so it’s not the hardware. A careful examination of the VST connections shows everything is as it should be. But still no return sound.
Anyone else experience this? BTW, VST effects work fine as a send effect. Just not external hardware.
