Is it normal that I can’t open sample in an external editor unless I use the standalone version of Halion 4?

You should be able to access exernal sample edit from H4 in cubase and stand alone with no probs
Then I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. When I open H$ in Cubase and right click on the waveform the only option I get in the sub menu is “Show sample in Finder”, not “open sample in external editor”.
If you have an idea what’s wrong please share 
Solved - I was probably trying to edit a protected sample.
