A lot of applications let you pan around the canvas or the workspace with the left mouse button while holding down the space key.
You can do that right now in Cubase, in the project window, midi editor, drum editor, etc., holding down the middle mouse button, which is nice.
But I think it would be a good addition to also be able to that with left mouse button and the space key.
