A file that I imported from MusicXML has some erroneous extra notes that I can’t get rid of.
The score doesn’t present those notes and neither re-inputting the bar solved the issue.
I thought that I was from some MIDI keyboard input information, and therefore I tried Play > Reset Playback Overrides, with no avail.
What can I do?

I feel like I’m playing a hidden object game. Can you post a screenshot of these erroneous notes? I don’t see anything out of the ordinary.
EDIT: Didn’t read well enough. We’re looking for playback notes. 
I think I managed to fix it. I could not find the odd notes but here’s what I did.
Exported the score to XML.
Opened export and saved to a Dorico file.
This loses all your formatting, so I imported Flows from that Dorico file selecting the Create New Players option. Then I deleted the original flow and instruments.

OK an easier way to do this. I realized the errant notes where in that specific flow. So, Create a new flow, Copy all music to it and Delete the original flow.
