Extracting Lanes.

Hello Forummers.

I have about 8 audio tracks and each has multiple lane recordings. I want to extract ALL the lanes for each track so that I have, e.g., Track 1, Track 1 Lane2, Track1 Lane 3 etc all as separate audio tracks…is there an easy way to do this rather than clicking and dragging the regions?

I’m sure this is a much clunkier way to do it than necessary, but I would duplicate the track 7 times and mute or delete the unwanted tracks on each track.
