I’m using Cubase Artist 7 along with EZDrummer which is a drop and drag VST add-on. When I pull it up in the Cubase project it functions fine showing the drums and allowing me to select the beat I’m after, but when I drag and drop into the project, it shows up as a MIDI file with notes instead of the drumbeat that was selected. I’ve used this program in Cubase Studio 5 without issue. Any Help solving my issue? Cubase Artist is a much different program than Studio 5 was.
