«f2» for openning panel is not showing it.

I press «f2» or click on the tools->panel menu to open the panel but to no avail, this just happens in one project, I suspect I left it out of the range of sight in the main windows, so no I can’t move it back to a place where I can watch and manipulate it.

Any suggestions?

Since I have dual monitors, I had to open a project in which the transport panel was open in the right hand side monitor so that I could bring it back to the lef sided monitor.
