Fader opposite direction like in Cubase... Why?

Hi! Why are the Faders in VST Live 3 programmed in the opposite direction than i.e. in Cubase/ Dorico (> Mouse wheel down = Fader up..)

Is it possible to change this somewhere in the settings…?

And also the Faders are not as SENSITIVE as i.e. in Cubase/ Dorico… This is also important i.e. for a performance…

I asked this 3 Years ago …. but got no answer.
it drives me crazy, when everything is moving in the wrong direction (opposit of cubase)
