Failed Download for UR44's Cubase AI 7

Hello Everyone,

I just received my UR44 which comes with Cubase AI 7. I have downloaded all of the necessary tools from the disc provided including elicenser etc…

However when I try to download the initial software that I need to activate the program it fails every time (I have tried many times now and have been trouble shooting for the past few hours).

Among many things, I have checked my computer’s and the browser’s security/firewall settings and tried altering my download folders but to no avail. :cry:

Is there something else I can do on my end or are there other downloading options offered by steinberg?

I am using Windows 8.1

Thanks Jeff!

However my internet connection times out after a bit every time I click on the link. My internet connection is at its best and I don’t have any security blocks against the link. Any other recommendations?
