Can someone review my diag zip? I have tried multiple troubleshooting options to get playback, but I can’t seem to connect to the audio engine. TIA

Hi @William_Chase , welcome to the forum.
I cannot tell for sure from the log files, therefore please create a new project from piano template and enter a few notes. If no sound comes out, please go to the menu item Edit > Device Setup. In that dialog push the Device Control Panel button, a new little window will appear. In there make sure that the output ports are switched on.
If still no sound, please create another diagnostic report and attach here. Thanks

Thank you for the prompt reply. Playback did function properly with new projects. I did receive a pop-up creating a new project, asking to activate playback. I don’t see that opening existing projects. Is that normal?

Hi @William_Chase, check in Preferences>Play that you have the desired settings. Possibly you have set the first to Never?:
Actually, William sent me the project file and it turned out that it was somewhat wrongly set up, so an apply playback template did fix it.
