Failed to initialize oxoc150002

Sort of got it going on W7 i7 But that is not the one i use in the studio which is XP. elicens is all good but get application failed to initialize properly (OXCO 150002 ) I also run bfd2 all good, but done the upgrade as I am now installing drumagog. all help needed and apereeeeeciated Tom

eLicenser and N5.5 needs .Net 3.5 to run on WinXP.
