Falling…
©2006 Ian Rushton
Down (I’m falling)
Down (I’m falling)
Down (I’m falling) Down
Down (I’m falling)
Down (I’m falling)
Down (I’m falling)

You, make me feel like crying and
You, make me feel like laughing
You mean the world to me
Cast your pearls in front of me
So why do you smile, when you see that I’m crying?
You can’t hear me now, just when I’m falling down

(Down) I’m falling
(Down) I’m falling
(Down) I’m falling
Yeah!

You, make me feel like living and
You, make me feel like dying
Placing barriers in front of me
You’ve seen the world in spite of me
So why do you smile, when you see that I’m crying?
(You can’t see me now), just when I’m falling

Down (I’m falling)
Down (I’m falling)
Down (I’m falling)
Well I’m falling…
(Down), I’m falling
(Down), I’m falling
Ooo, can’t find a way out of this place
You’re so far away

You’re not like I thought you’d be
You’re everything I thought you’d be
Mabeline hands and your Revlon smile
Your so close to me, (you’re so close) yet so far
when I’m ….

I’m falling
I’m falling
I’m falling
I’m falling
I’m falling
I’m falling

:astonished:

great imagination and production, acoustic sounds good and nice guitar stuff all round, snare sounds a little boomy though  soz Ian, i know it`s a sore point , vocals sound good on this one ,it reminds me a bit of the english band Terrorvision again. :sunglasses:

Good song and good production, I thought the snare sounded fine, everybody listens on different monitors so it’s gonna be impossible for everyone to be happy about everything in a mix

I reckon the intro is too long though.

best, Kevin

Well done, really got to me te first time i heard it. Is different from earlier productions i think. Nice sounds and energy in this production.

Can’t help being curious…why are you surprised?

Kevin

seems I can’t quote the surprised face.

So this is another remix of something from some years ago. I don’t think I heard the earlier mix (although I might have and forgot), but I do think it fits in with the collection of clear, punchy, stereo-advantaged (I couldn’t think of another word) mixes coming from you these days. Whether the song is a classic or not, you are getting so much out of it. As I’ve said before, I have tons to learn from you, especially on the spatial mixing.

yeah…a lesson on the spatial mixing please

First Cubase 8 Project Completed! - Steinberg Lounge - Steinberg Forums bet you want to know how to do that now, don`t you Kevin

Thanks  Snare … schamre. :smiling_imp: I actually looked up Terrorvision… loved the “Discotheque Wreck” video!

Cheers Kevin.

Thanks Peter

It’s a ‘private joke’. I left a ‘surprised’ emoticon on one of cmaffia’s tracks. They say a picture says a 1000 words

Spatial mixing?? Hmmm… “pan” ?
