I’m currently working from a Setup that has Players that are instrument categories, for example in my WOODS (woodwinds) Group I have the Players as follows: Flutes, Oboes, Clarinets, Bassoons, Saxophones, and Wood Ensembles. As instruments for each Player I have added all my VSL instruments appropriate to that category. I have set up a Write Mode “used WOODS” filter that allows me to “check mark” only those instruments that are currently in use, hiding all those not in use.
Sometimes I need to troubleshoot the Play Mode settings for a Player’s instruments I am using and not at all concerned about the settings for those not in use. But in Play Mode the instrument list includes all instruments being held by the player.
It would be great if any filters I use in Write Mode could be also applied to Play Mode. Not sure if this is practical from a programming standpoint.
