Feature Request: Manipulate Note Spacing with the mouse

Dear team,

along the lines of the mouse-enabled Staff Spacing interface, I’d really like to be able to do the same with the Note Spacing functionality…

Yes, but, unlike with Staff spacing, you can’t manipulate those with the mouse.
