Feature Request: Modifier to cycle caret through secondary instruments in note input

Hi There!

I had this idea while trying to figure out a more convenient way to work with lots of percussion in a score. It would be really neat to have the ability to cycle through instruments in a player while in note input mode in page view. This would make it possible to immediately enter notes on say the piccolo in a flute staff. I mostly see this helpful for percussion players with lots of instruments. it can get very tedious to switch to galley view, find the instrument you want, input the notes, then switch back to page view. A way of cycling through the perc instruments in page view note input mode would be tremendous!

Having a separate working full score layout with the percussion (kit) on a grid or individual lines might serve just as well.

i see what you’re saying. but often i am working with several percussionists all switching from mallets to battery etc.
