Feature request: Old style tempo abbreviations

Hi,

In crammed situations e.g. one tempo indication per bar, one might want to abbreviate the tempo markings in order to save space, and an elegant way to do it (IMO) is using old style tempo abbreviations. Like this:

Is this by any chance planned?
