Hi, I publish scores with associations that have different page margin settings, even though they’re both A4.
Would it be possible to include the page margin sizes in the page setup window?
This would avoid having to constantly adjust them.

Are there other differences? A document template would let you keep Layout and Engraving Options separate for each one.
I’m fully aware of the ability to create standard pages, but I’d still like to have the option to have these options within Dorico.

You mean that you would like to be able to select paper size WITH specific margins included? Like:
A4, x-x,y-y
A4, z-z,w-w
etc.?
I don’t think that is possible, since the margins in Dorico are set separately from the paper size.
In your case, I would simply lock the layout (if you want to keep the exact formatting), duplicate the layout, and change margin settings for the new layout.
Or create a library of templates to pick from.
But Dorico can have an infinite number of Layouts, each with different margins.
If I change the page size, I might, or might not, want to change the margins. The two are unrelated.

Both Page size and Margins are set in Layout Options. These are specific to each Layout, so every layout can have different settings.

We have understood your wish for this feature, and the developers will see your post and consider it.
In the meantime, I think your best option is to set your paper size, and set the margins to zero. Then create multiple template sets that have the different positions of the music frame that you desire (to simulate the different margin settings!). In this way, the various frame/margin sizes are saved in the templates and you don’t ever have to set the margins in layout options, since they are always zero.
