It would be really handy under “Edit | Paste Special” to have an option like “paste multiple” when you want to paste a phrase multiple times (end to end, of course!)
What would this do that can’t already be achieved by selecting the destination bars and using regular paste?
You already can copy once then use R to repeat, or select a destination region and Dorico will fill it with your copied items. Gif below for both ways:

I guess I can see what wwzeitler is trying to say. I think Sibelius has that feature. You can copy any element, including dynamics and slurs, than you can paste it multiple times with a single command.
The method above works only with items (or selections) that have a duration, otherwise there is no way to determine the spacing.
