I don’t know if my workflow is unique, but in working with orchestral parts, I quite frequently will format, for example, the Trumpet 1 part and then propagate that to Trumpet 2 and Trumpet 3 if the music is such that their parts are very similar (which in my pops arranging, often is). I have to go to Setup mode to do this, which feels like it adds to what is otherwise a fast process. I have to go to Setup, select the part, right-click, choose Propagate…, choose the parts I want to propagate to, confirm that dialog, then return to Engrave mode to move on to the next one, such as Trombone 1, which will then have the same process for propagating down the section.
My feature request is for a simple command in Engrave mode to say “propagate this layout to…” and I select which layouts I want.
To be honest, if the expected workflow (which I generally use) is Setup → Write → Engrave → Print, having to return to “Setup” for something during the Engrave process feels out of the flow.
