I had a recording session this weekend with which I used the contro room functionality quite extensively for the first time.
I used 4 studio sends to give each musician a personal headphone-mix.
Everytime I had to adjust the mix for one of the musicians, I had to bring up the control room mixer first to see which studio send belonged to which player, before could adjust the mix for this musician (I gave each Studio output the name of the corresponding musician).
I would save quite some time if the names of the studio sends (in this case the names of the musicians) would be mentioned on each activated Studio send in the main mixer.
It’s not a biggie, but it improves headphone-mix related workflow quite considerably.
