Feature requests: More Staff Label Formats and Tempo on the Bottommost

  1. The Breitkopf-Peters staff label style like ‘2 Flauti’ and ‘4 Corni’ and German note names like ‘B’ for B-flat and ‘H’ for B, which Dorico currently doesn’t provide. I believe the plural name setting for instruments is reserved for this, right?
  2. Tempo marking appearing on bottom of the last instrument, as well as on the top. Dorico has all other positioning options except this one :joy:
