I use the View / Color settings for rating clips in a montages.
Would it be possible to have a function for selecting clips based on color in Clip /Select tab, e.g. checkboxes for what clip colors should be selected?
This would simplify selection of multiple clips in large montages.
Just a follow-up question and maybe a minor issue/bug.
There seems to be some difference in how selecting clips works depending on if there is a Clip Group and if it is Active or not.
Without a Clip Group - if I select all clips and then just reselect a single clip it works the same way in Clip tab and in Audio Montage
With Active Clip Group - if I select all clips and then reselect a single clip all clips in group are selected in both Clip tab and in Audio Montage - as I expect is intended
But if I deactivate the Clip group (uncheck the group box) - and I select all clips and then reselect single clip it only works in Clip tab (the single clip i selected).
If I select same clip in Audio Montage all clips are still selected as before.
Should it not work in the same way?
So there is some kind of discrepancy.
Is this intentionally or a minor bug?
The "Click Selects Group " option is inactive.
How to recreate:
Create a Clip group and add clips
Deactivate Clip Group (uncheck box) and “Click Selects Group” option
Select all clips in montage or clip tab - all clips are selected as expected
Then select a single clip in the montage track - all clips are still selected
Then select same clip in Clip Tab - the single clip is now selected
