The caesura at the end of bar four is attached to the following c. The fermata is attached to the previous d.
The rit and the fermata play back nicely.
But the caesura is ignored, no matter how long it is set to be.
Known bug? Any workarounds?

Yes, this is a limitation at present; but you should be able to adjust the gap produced by the fermata itself to achieve the desired result.
