Minna @mmm3rdpower, due this impossibility, on Engrave Mode you can create a text frame with white background over fermatas:

You can change the fermatas place to better results, or… put then outside the page, too (I’m using same archive, moving the bass and guitar fermatas):
For engraving/printing purposes, it could be work.
