I have this issue with fermatas disappearing here
(and many other staffs)
It’s because I’ve added smalled curved ceasuras, shown here.

How to fix?
Caesuras and fermatas are considered as contradictory for Dorico, so you can’t have both at the same rhythmic position. If it’s possible in your case, try to put the caesura a 16th or a 32th earlier.
