I need a 5 over a # in a file and Dorico keeps forcing a #5 over a #. Is there a way to override Dorico and not allow the sharp before the 5? I’m inputting 5,# in the figured bass popover. I have “follow input literally” in the note input options.

If the fifth is a diminished interval you need to allow diminished intervals in Note Input Options > Figured Bass
and enter !5,#
