I would really appreciate it if you would add clipboard functionality to the File Save and Save As dialogs.

What’s wrong with Ctrl-X, Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V (or Cmd for Mac)? They’re absolutely standard.

Edit: do you mean within the Save As dialog? If so, you can always click on an existing file and Dorico will automatically populate the Save As filename with the selected one.

Do they work for you in the Save As dialog?

I know about clicking on an existing file. I want to paste in the file name from the clipboard.

Yes, this is a bug in the Qt application framework that Dorico uses. We hope they will fix it in a future update.
