Hello, I’m trying to work on an older file since the most recent update to Dorico pro and the program stops responding every time I try to open it. I re-saved it since the update without changing anything, and copied some of it to a new file and that file now also causes Dorico to stop responding, or playback and midi imput seem to be disabled, even though both work on other files. Please help! Thank you.
The Dorico team will probably ask for your crash report files and to create a diagnostic report from the Help menu. You might want to go ahead and attach those (in a Zip format) to your post. It will expedite a reply. You will want to include your system info (operating system, installed RAM, etc.) and in which version the older files were saved and what version you are now using.

The diagnostic report can be created from the Help menu, the next time you start Dorico after a crash.
If a particular project file is causing the problem, you will need to send it to Ulf at the email address he gave above. (where “dot” is an actual dot, etc.)
