Files not showing up in Media Bay?

This may be an obvious question, but I’ve been reading the Operation Manual and searching forums everywhere and I haven’t found an answer yet. I’ve decided it’s time to stop ignoring the Media Bay, but I’m having a very basic problem: After scanning the directories where my VSTs are stored, they don’t seem to be showing up in Media Bay.

All of the software that comes with Cubase 5 shows up fine (Groove Agent ONE, etc.), but my other VSTs don’t. For instance, I’ve got the Kontakt versions of EW/QL Colossus and Ra, and even after I tell Media Bay to scan those libraries and the folders turn gray, nothing shows up. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Could be the filters at the top.

You know, that was one of the things that occurred to me as well, but I’ve messed around with that without any luck. Even when no criteria are specified in the filters, nothing shows up, whether going by Logical or Attribute.
