A lot of times after recording something in midi I clean up the midi event. One of the steps is dragging the start and end of the midi event to make it perfectly fit the recorded midi. This makes it easier to repeat the midi event but also just makes everything a bit cleaner.
But one problem this creates is that it sometimes creates gaps at the start or the end of cc automation. I now manually fix this for all controller events but i would love to know if there is a shortcut or easier way to fix this. it can usually just be the same value as the value after/before the gap.
I hope I described this in an understandable way, it is a hard thing to do
