I have imported a file and I wish to remove all the bowings. I know I can do Select All and then Edit>Filter>Playing Techniques, but that includes other marks such as arco and pizz. that I’d like to retain.
Is there a way to filter just the bowings?
I don’t believe so, but if there are extended passages of just bowings, you can isolate them quite quickly by selecting the first bowing, then the last bowing (e.g. before the next pizz/arco), then press Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-A for Select More. That will select all playing techniques between the two selected ones.
