Suddenly the latest version of Dorico will not filter all dynamics or all notes and chords correctly. Whether I use the menu items or the shortcuts, they are not selecting as advertised. When I select CTRL-OPT-COMMAND-D, everything in the bar EXCEPT dynamics are selected. When I enter CTRL-OPT-COMMAND-N, everything in the bar EXCEPT notes are selected.
Check in the Edit menu to see whether Filter is set to Select Only or Deselect Only.
Thanks. I have made this mistake before. I was looking all over the place. Hitting the jump key and typing ‘filter’ gave no results. I just couldn’t figure out where this “preference” might be. Thanks
