I have a MIDI keyboard that is sending doubled note-on messages for only the keys F3 - Bb3. All other keys work fine. I’ve troubleshooted this enough to know that it’s not an issue of too many MIDI input ports or whatever – it’s very definitely the keyboard shooting out doubled notes for only those few.
Anyone know of a way to filter doubled notes on the way in to Cubase? I’ve looked through preferences but haven’t found anything helpful. Ditto for maybe using the logical editor or something like that. Am I missing anything? Any third-party solutions you might recommend?
Obviously the answer to fix the keyboard or buy a new one, but at the moment that isn’t an option, so until then I need a workaround.
